Work on various Power of Attorney projects Assist Tax Treasury Team with producing, Daily, Monthly & Quarterly Tax Deposits Print, collate, mail and track packages containing Tax Deposits, Tax Returns and w-2 Forms Assist local and remote staff with various administrative tasks Research and resolve client tax issues Keep up-to-date on latest developments as they affect tax distribution

* Receive customer and agent requests by telephone or mail, analyzed requests, provided information or ascertains who best can provide the information and routed request to the proper person * Processed mail, faxes and obtained policy numbers and updated address changes * Analyzed transactions, updated information, and submitted posting corrections as required to resolve issues * Answer inbound ACD calls in a call center environment and/or transfer to appropriate staff * Enter or modify Check-By-Phone payments using compute system * Refer unresolved customer grievances to supervisor and/or designated departments for further investigation in order to be resolved * Keep record of customer interactions recording details of inquiries, complains, and comments, as well as actions taken

Assisted 350 residents and visitors with any questions, handle incoming and out-going mail, keep records of games and movies that are rented out to residents, manage and complete a daily key inventory, assist residents in moving in and out through a check in system called StarRez.

* Process and/or record loan payments from various payment channels including lockbox, office, phone website, credit card, ACH and wire transfer * Research and resolve unidentified items in the cash suspense ledge * Prepare and process the daily check deposits using RDC Terminal * Organize and file daily backup and work processed * Record, analyze and/or resolve basic transactions, adjustments, and reconciling items * Communicate with internal and external parties regarding daily work issues

* Encourage students to broaden the knowledge of the English language and the American culture * Prepare activities that focus on language and culture, such as, oral comprehension * and speaking activities
