For 11 years at VGL, later known as Ligentia, I managed air cargo transportation and the rail department, focusing on the Silk Road from China. My role involved coordinating logistics to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods, which was both challenging and rewarding. I worked closely with the sales department to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaboration with the maritime department was essential to create seamless connections between air and sea freight. Additionally, I liaised with customs agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and smooth customs clearance. This experience allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of intermodal logistics. Building strong relationships with various teams was key to our success in meeting client expectations. I enjoyed fostering teamwork and communication within the organization. My time at VGL and Ligentia has equipped me with valuable skills in managing complex transportation projects. Overall, my journey in this company has been instrumental in shaping my career in the logistics industry.

I joined the global organization Kuehne + Nagel to establish an air freight department at the Poznań airport. Upon my arrival, I focused on building the department from the ground up, ensuring that we implemented the best practices in air cargo logistics. I successfully developed the operations, establishing strong relationships with airlines and ensuring efficient handling of shipments. Through my efforts, the department grew significantly, contributing to Kuehne + Nagel’s presence in the region. My work has fostered a collaborative environment, enhancing our service offerings and efficiency.
