Coordinated shop resources to ensure compliance with DOD and Federal environmental policies and regulations. Assessed, documented, and assisted in spills and clean-up operations. Maintained the storage facilities and inventories for over a thousand gallons of petroleum, oils, lubes, acids, and hazardous waste. Worked with Vecturs’ compliance specialists to conduct monthly inspections to ensure compliance standards were maintained. Transported up to two hundred gallons of hazardous waste on a weekly basis. Received an Army Commendation Medal in large part due to the environmental team’s high standard of compliance.

Oversaw dozens of soldiers, and offered guidance as they performed weekly preventative maintenance checks. Conducted diagnostics, repairs, and services on a range of military combat vehicles. Assisting in recovery operations of broke down equipment.
