Maintain the parking access, paper supply, receive FedEx and UPS deliveries, receive materials in the procurement system, and serve as a contact for copier maintenance and supplies for the building. Ensures the completion of building inspections, safety equipment/supply inspections, and project tracking. Maintained conference room calendars set up conference rooms by moving and rearranging tables and chairs. Maintained floor maps for the campus.

Responsible for providing process, and analytical support for order management business applications systems. Including supporting on-going continuous improvement projects, and future initiatives. Assist in the designing of process improvements for larger systems enhancements advising users on system use. Also serve as an escalation path for the customer or vendor's with order management related issues.

Purchasing inventory, and evaluate the effects of each buying opportunity on an overall inventory breadth, inventory turnover, risk, profitability, and cash flow. Actively look for buying opportunities from suppliers, by traveling to meet with them to forge lasting relationships and enhance value for both them and our customers. Interact with suppliers via phone, email, and in person to ensure that our supply chain is adding the maximum value possible to both our customers and suppliers. Helping our warehouse streamline processes by interfacing with the warehouse manager to ensure that operations are running smoothly and that our inventory turnover is being maximized.
