Marshall Bartlett

Marshall Bartlett is a Partner and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Fisher Lynch Capital (FLC), an independent investment firm dedicated to private equity co-investment with close to $10 billion in AUM. For over two decades, FLC has combined a flexible investment criteria, rigorous evaluation, and tailored capital solutions to align and execute on the priorities of sponsors and investors alike. At FLC, Marshall serves on the firm’s Management and Investment Committees and has overseen investments across multiple industries, fund strategies, and with multiple sponsors. He additionally plays a leadership role in the firm's investor relations and marketing functions.

Prior to joining Fisher Lynch Capital, Marshall Bartlett was a partner at Parthenon Capital, a middle-market private equity firm with over $10 billion in capital under management. While at Parthenon Capital, Marshall was involved in some of the firm’s most successful investments across a variety of industry sectors. He led the firm’s efforts in building value in its portfolio companies and gained experience across a variety of transaction structures. In addition, Marshall represented Parthenon Capital on several portfolio company boards of directors.

Before joining Parthenon Capital, Marshall Bartlett was with The Parthenon Group, a strategy consulting firm, where he advised multiple public and private clients and led the implementation of growth, profitability, and turnaround strategies.
