As a manager at Coach for the past nine years my primary position was visual merchandising with a once monthly set as well as daily and weekly updates to keep up with the needs of the business to ensure sales. As associate manager not only was I responsible for managing the visual aspects of the store, I successfully managed and coached our staff to produce sales and client relationships. We successfully implemented SalesForce to produce sales and improve customer interactions. My personal managerial duties also included recruiting, business management, sales and performance evaluation.
