I specialize in identifying preventable risk, revenue leakage, and misalignment between clinical practice and reimbursement or policy frameworks. This includes adverse events, never events, inappropriate utilization, unstable discharges, and services that fall outside standard benchmarks but materially affect margin and exposure. What differentiates my work is translation. I bridge clinicians, executives, payers, and product teams by converting clinical nuance into decisions leaders can act on.
