About
I am a senior at the University of Florida pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting alongside a combined master’s degree in Information Systems and Operations Management. My academic and leadership experiences have shaped my interest in understanding how financial systems and data support effective organizations and informed decision-making. These experiences have inspired my goal of becoming a Certified Public Accountant, where I aim to contribute to clarity, integrity, and impact within organizations.I have gained professional experience through roles at Deloitte, the University of Florida Controller’s Office, and Rovex (an early-stage startup), providing firsthand exposure to public accounting, institutional finance, and growing business environments. Working across organizations of different sizes has strengthened my understanding of how accounting principles operate in both structured and evolving settings.Beyond academics, I have held leadership roles that strengthened my ability to lead, collaborate, and problem-solve. I have served in leadership positions within the National Pan-Hellenic Council, the NAACP, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated, Florida Blue Key, and PAACT, equipping me with the skills to manage people with responsibility and purpose, qualities I look forward to carrying into a career.CliftonStrengths: Futuristic, Competition, Analytical, Maximizer, IndividualizationEnneagram (16-personalities test): INTP-T “The Advocate."
