Responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of day-to-day services, incidents, and RMA’s. Play a vital role in delivering the contracted services through own resources, Field Services and directly contracted EME/QSE’s. Other services include the management of 3rd party vendors. Managing the day-to-day operations associated with Service Delivery fulfilment of the contract as well as Operational Service Level Agreement monitoring and management across all areas of the companies’ service delivery processes. The role involved continual service improvements and achieving high customer satisfaction, with emphasis on the highest level of operational service delivery. Act as the go-between agent for co-ordination all Operational queries and required interactions between resolver groups. - Schedule, prepare and attend customer SLA meetings, and general meetings with IT Operations and stakeholders across the single service aggregator responsibilities. - Manage interaction with subcontractors and Vendors ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations. - Engaging with SMME’s to ensure they have Backup stock. - Engage with SMME to ensure repair or beyond commercial economical repairs Stock is returned with an agreed timeframe and interaction with subcontractors, QSE’s, SMME’s and Vendors ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations. - Monitor the environment and ensure a drive toward automated monitoring capability and/or ensuring access to available customers tools where possible. - Acts as the single point of contact for end-to-end services. - Assist with IT commercial initiatives and managing all site installations / projects / maintenance. - Responsible for the creation and management of the document library (processes, procedures). - Ensure business continuity as per contractual obligations. - Ensure that relevant process and procedures are in place and adhered to.
