Matech is a payment terminal software company building the independent software layer above the hardware. We build CerePay, a payment application stack that runs across any terminal brand, and Cerebro, the cloud platform that manages the estate, distributes apps, and hosts our App Library for ISVs and acquirers. As Co-Founder and CEO, I drive commercial strategy, go-to-market, and external partnerships, while setting overall company direction and holding final authority over all product decisions.

Drove process analysis and solutioning for a full Odoo 19 ERP implementation at a Dubai-based real estate developer, translating complex business operations into functional specifications and ensuring vendor delivery reflected actual business requirements. Produced end-to-end functional specifications for complex real estate-specific processes across Finance and CRM modules Analyzed workflow gaps across 4 departments and authored structured requirement documents that served as the contractual baseline for vendor delivery Held the external vendor accountable to agreed scope, identifying delivery shortfalls, documenting discrepancies, and driving corrective action through to resolution Designed cross-departmental UAT frameworks, ensuring sign-off was grounded in functional accuracy rather than surface-level testing Reported findings and recommendations directly to management & stakeholders, influencing implementation decisions throughout the project lifecycle

Contributed as both a developer and content strategist, working on multiple digital initiatives across web and mobile platforms. Redesigned the company's affiliate marketing website, implementing a modern content strategy aligned with market trends and audience behavior. Developed and optimized several company websites using WordPress, with a focus on SEO, performance, and responsive design. Built a Flutter-based cross-platform mobile application using MVVM architecture, handling backend logic, API integration, and database connectivity. Created UX flows and wireframes using Figma to effectively communicate client requirements and app functionality. Collaborated in a fast-paced Agile/SCRUM team environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and product demos. Successfully completed a long-stalled internal web project within 2 weeks, contributing to component development and deployment.

Experienced with the SDLC SCRUM agile framework, participating in daily stand-up meetings to address blockers and monitor project progress. Collaborated with the DEVOPS team to address release issues in the CI/CD pipeline.
