My role and responsibility is to understand each requirement and find a candidate that is fit for a certain role. Recruiting / Sourcing: Understand all the requirements provided by the client. Create a screening question out of the requirement. Utilized job board in a cost effective manner to source candidates. Make sure that the sourced candidates are the best fit for each position to avoid wasting of time. Pre-screen candidates. Draft candidates profile before sending out to the client and update the information on the ATS. Responsible for giving the candidates feedback on the submission. Responsible for scheduling candidates for phone or face to face interviews.
