Originally born in Adelaide, South Australia, my upbringing was creative, focusing on drawing and making. I balanced my creativity with a passion for sport, playing Basketball and competing in Mixed Martial Arts, both at a high level. After high school, I continued my passion for design in Adelaide, completing my Bachelor's in Fashion Design. I have now relocated to Melbourne, Victoria to continue my studies into my Honour's, and subsequently my Master's Degree. Currently, I am incredibly focused on my studies, aiming to achieve the best results possible. My framework is often philosophical and auto-ethnographic, which allows me to reflect on myself through garment construction. I balance my studies with my job as a Shift Supervisor at Rebel Sport, which I love doing. I love being able to lead a team, interact and help solve customer problems; it clears my head and allows me to enjoy conversation with people. I love being a part of the fashion industry. I regularly attend fashion events, runway shows and network with people in the industry. I am a student representative in my University and enjoy working closely alongside my lecturers and fellow classmates. Whilst sport has taken a backseat from a professional standpoint, I still love keeping in shape. I often go to the gym and go for runs, as I find I can be most creative when my lifestyle is balanced. I am young, driven, I am eager to learn and grow my skillset. I have aspirations to work in a fashion house, and dreams to eventually grown into a creative director role.
