Mark Nash
Counsel @ Hogan Lovells
About
I’m an energy and infrastructure lawyer with 15 years’ experience advising developers, investors, lenders and large energy buyers, including global technology and industrial clients. My current focus is helping clients secure power, deploy capital and manage regulatory risk, amid the twin pressures of energy transition and energy security. I work across both traditional and new sectors and technologies - including data centres, mining, gas, carbon capture, battery storage and flexible power solutions - bringing together transactional, regulatory and public-policy advice. Clients come to me when they need to understand how a potential energy project or investment works in practice: what structures are viable, how grid access really operates, where key policy and regulatory risks sit, and what is required to achieve a bankable outcome.
