Responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing management of the Project Quality Systems and Controls. Ensuring that all necessary controls are defined and implemented to deliver the project successfully. Proactively managing subcontractors and suppliers by reviewing existing systems and processes and implementing additional controls where required. Engaging with the site team and supporting them to realize all Quality deliverables as defined in the Quality Management Plan.

Designed, developed and project managed production processes, tooling and machine design as part of new capital expenditures, maintenance, lean and OH&S programs. Facilitated stakeholder problem resolution between key internal and external stakeholders in support of the quality department. Supporting them with technical services in failure mode analysis, risk assessment and problem resolution. Achievements - Design and developed components to support a sourcing strategy to move manufacturing to China resulting in an annual saving of $405,000 per annum. - Managed the pre-production driveshaft program for the Ford FG Falcon including the commercial, procurement, stock management, production and delivery processes.

Responsible for the daily running of a maintenance workshop working closely with technicians, documenting the overhaul and testing of industrial valves to ISO quality standards. Engaged in customer liaison, procurement, selling and documentation of multiple ongoing construction projects. Developing asset management programs with customers to improve reliability and balance facility workflows. Achievements - Managed the daily site works overhauling valves and actuators as part of the aeration tank upgrades at the Eastern Treatment Plant at Carrum Downs. - Designed and developed componentry for the mechanisation of large scale gate valves allowing them to be fitted with actuators

Project Manager of internal and external process improvement. Providing external consultation on software system implementation and improvement with major clients. Key Achievements - Managed the development and delivery of 18 standard forms to support key project processes. Reducing the time and cost to clients required to develop custom forms whilst allowing Teambinder to be deployed to projects quicker. - Worked with clients translating their project specific needs into optimized custom Forms and Workflows. Outlined possible process improvements and how best to utilize the software.

One year contract to managed Rail civil and signalling works programs to ensure timely reporting and delivery in line project controls. The successful completion of these works contributed to the overall successful delivery of the project, ahead of schedule and under budget. Facilitated daily site works interfacing with subcontractors, stakeholders and other works packages to deliver key project deliverables whilst meeting all project Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements. Quality lead for the construction team ensuring compliance and quality assurances. Key Acheivements - Successfully led the construction of 500m of Cable route and civil works in 4 days of construction whilst ensuring no impact was made to an environmentally sensitive area. - Planned and executed the high risk removal of 7 redundant gantries. - Successfully coordinated the major lift and installation of an 80 Tonne Concrete Pre-fab building using two 200 Tonne cranes. - Implemented a Quality System and managed the Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for the Rail Signalling Construction.
