Arkadiy Glazov
Product Marketing Manager @ Paysend
About
I’ve worked in fintech for over 15 years. My main areas of responsibilities were marketing, business development, and product. Often, these functions were crossed. At Qiwi Wallet, I went from the early startup stage (our only accountant worked one day a week!) to NASDAQ listing with a capitalization of close 2 billion dollars. I have worked in the markets of Russia, Southeast Asia, and with Paysend, globally. I prefer the startup culture over working in large companies. I like creating MVPs and am good at testing business hypotheses with minimal investments. It is important for me to see measurable results of work, both team and personal. I love running. I run more than 1 200 kilometres a year.
