Implement local HR strategies aligned with functional business plans and strategies of local offices in Prague. Consult with employees and Managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach. Facilitate in implementing company-wide HR programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, workforce planning, organizational change etc) . Communicate with Managers on an ongoing basis to ensure that information relating to performance planning, compensation philosophy etc are regularly disseminated. Establishing informal and formal channels of communications with employees, managers and BU leaders. Ensuring all relevant legislative requirements, including those relating to diversity, sexual orientation, disability and age are embedded in the development of project and policy work and in all the advice provided to line managers and others . Developing a good working relationship with the business and the HR team to drive HR initiatives and programs.

Supporting the implementation of organizational and cultural initiatiaves that drive employee engagement as it relates to the needs of particular business units, functions and regions. Supporting the implementation of programs and strategies at the functional, SBU and regional level to maximize organization effectiveness, while accounting for variation that is critical to business performance. Assisting in formulating evaluation criteria to measure the success of business leaders, units and functions as it relates to people performance. Collaborating in assessment of talent pool and forecasting future workforce needs at the regional, local and SBU level to ensure company has the necessary resources and competencies to carry out enterprise strategies. Providing group and one-on-one coaching with managers and employees to support leadership development, business decision-making, resource management/allocation and performance management. Supporting the process of gathering feedback relating to HR from business leaders to drive strategic planning and enhanced HR service delivery.
