Started Unipres in January 2014 working in the assembly plant for Blue Arrow recruitment agency. Daily duties included Safety start up checks, to ensure all safety devices and poki oki were working. Ensuring parts meet with customers safety specification imp 'B' welds. Running of keys cells making sure efficiencies and targets were meet. Recording downtime and faults accurately and entering data on plant system. Running of robots and selecting various program's.

* Managing day to day running of Goods In and overseeing Despatch department with additional responsibilities of attending managerial meetings and events in the absence of the Departmental Manager. * Successfully manage a team of 3 shift managers, 4 team leaders and approximately 40 staff. * Super user for the company ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics) using a handheld mobility to ensure real-time accurate picking. * Performing Health and Safety departmental audits for both Goods In and Despatch. * Developing and delivering health and safety videos. * Installation of projector to feed back information, performance targets, announcements and health and safety issues. * Carrying out and writing departments risk assessments.

* Creating and organizing shift schedules and staffing. * Monitoring and controlling KPI’s for my department and ensuring Customer Service levels are maintained to the highest standards. * Performing various inspections of machinery, environment, GMP, procedures and staff activities. * Continuous improvements within department including image up and promoting health and safety * Writing Standard Operations.

Brought into the business by Mission Foods to implement changes in a challenging role, to project manage the move and transfer of stock from the Elmfield Warehouse Peterlee to new Foxcover Warehouse in Seaham tasked with reducing waste and costs. Responsible for the day to day running of the Goods In and Despatch departments over two sites attending daily production meeting to discuss any Health & Safety or Quality issues and any facility, production, supplier and customer concerns from the previous 24 hrs. Attending weekly operations meeting to discuss individual departments KPI's attendance issues, business plan, budgets, health & safety, product quality and safety, service levels and new product development.

* Leading team to ensure all orders are completed to customer’s specifications and meet transport deadlines. * Carrying out QA checks to confirm pallets are correct against picking sheet and temperatures meet customer’s specifications. * Ensuring Stock is removed from lines effectively and placed in designated locations ensuring products are rotated for dates. * Carry out stock takes and checking dates to ensure planning department have accurate information to plan next day production. * Ensure department housekeeping standards are kept high.

Awarded contract with Unipres and transferred to Press Shop on a four shift pattern duties include. Setting up Die's ensure all fingers and sensors are placed in correct sequence and positions and The Die's are positioned in correct location using mapping diagrams. Quality checks ensuring first middle and last parts are checked for various historical concerns and data and results are recorded. Reworking of parts. Using computer system to input data of program SNP quantity speed and run time of part being produced.
