I’m a hands-on, people-first leader with a background in project and operations management — mostly in solar, where I’ve helped scale teams and keep hundreds of projects moving without letting customer experience fall through the cracks. At one point, I was managing 250+ solar installs at the same time — and yes, I still slept at night. (Barely.) What drives me is solving problems, keeping teams aligned, and making sure customers and clients stay happy even when things get chaotic behind the scenes. I’ve spent the last few years helping companies grow and adapt in a fast-moving industry, and I’m always up for learning something new — whether it’s a different sector, software, or system.
