* Working within a fast paced warehouse as a warehouseman, my duties included receiving, processing and administration of incoming and outgoing stock. * Processing of outgoing supplies involves working as a team, to pick items from the warehouse shelving, thoroughly checking the correct products have been picked, and packing the items correctly to a high standard ready to be shipped. Large customer orders are loaded onto pallets or into containers. * Processing of incoming stock included thorough inspection of parcels for damage, checking items received match on the delivery check list, booking the products into the computer system, labelling and allocating each product onto correct warehouse bay. * My other duties included daily stock checking, general upkeep of the warehouse and compiling reports using Microsoft XL. These reports include daily customer orders, lines picked, goods received and a daily carriage charge analysis. * Training and Experience * Use of Sage computer system on a daily basis * Counterbalance fork lift truck licence * Experience of using a Side loader

Previous position was Warehouse Manger of a motor factor distributor. My duties involved leading a team of 6, making sure they were motivated and working towards the same goal, managing sickness and holiday entitlement, also reporting to my area manager with weekly statistics. Other duties included picking customer orders, locating stock, processing customer returns and warranties, receiving incoming goods, dealing with customers on a one to one basis and communicating by telephone. I also saw that all administration was completed fully with these duties. A general upkeep of the cleanliness in the warehouse and following all policies and procedures set by the company.

* During my employment at Profile 22 my job role involved operating a reach truck and side loader to assist in picking orders, loading and unloading stock from racking and transport, monitoring the quality of products received and that have been processed for sale, also processing customer returns.
