The project consists of 4 industrial buildings, building A, Building B (attached to A), building C and building D including associated works. Approx total of 190,000sf. The project is estimated to be 100million worth in value. As the Project Coordinator, I was working on generating design matrix at pre-construction, coordinating with the consultants to prepare the drawings up to standard in order to start tendering. Working with the Project Managers in conjunction to develop tendering packages. On a daily, I am also responsible to manage submittals, RFIs and Changes(CCN/ASI) on Procore.

Fast pace both on site and office roles for a landmark building in Toronto east. Contract management and coordinate architectural components, such as landscape, signage, roofing, painting, drywalls, raise access flooring, miscellaneous metal, masonry, curtain wall and metal cladding from start to finish for a class-A high-rise commercial office building.

Engaged/ Coordinated Project's RFIs, RFQs, POs, schedules, communications and reports to associated team stakeholders. Attend weekly progress meeting to ensure project completed on schedule and as per specification requirements. Organized/ Utilized Corecon to coordinate project information with project team. Implemented additional safety precautions as to mitigate risks of Covid-19. Was able to independently work remotely from home.

Developed and Managed quality within Maystar General Contracting's projects (TTC Roncesvalles carhouse &TTC Malvern) to ensure the work / activities are delivered and comply with quality requirement through inspection / testing procedures. To liaise with trades and hold them accountable to provide Quality Assurance documents. In addition, I acted as the coordinator for TTC Royal York subway station; demolition of existing bus loop to expose underground tunnel in order to integrate three new elevators within the station. Reinstate bus loop and adjacent TPA parking lot. Assisted the Project Manager and coordinated with trades for Contracts, POs, RFIs, RFCs, CDs, CCs, RFQs, DWASs, submittals and close-out documents.

Designed all aspect of electrical station in detailed that was contracted to the firm; from civil foundation to equipment connection from one to another (Transformer to pipe line). Another role within the team was that I designed utility pole line system that may run overhead on streets or buildings. Ensuring both of these systems well within electrical safety standards.
