As the President and CEO of Shape Corp., a global leader in automotive Tier 1 engineering and manufacturing, I am responsible for setting the vision, direction, and strategy of the company, as well as overseeing its operations, performance, and growth. I have been leading Shape Corp. since 2016, after serving as its Executive Vice President and Vice President of various divisions for over 15 years. With an MBA from Michigan State University and a background in marketing, sales, and operations management, I have a proven track record of delivering results, driving innovation, and fostering collaboration across the organization and with our customers and partners. I am honored to be recognized as the 2023 National Finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year and regional winner for Michigan and NW Ohio region, a testament to our team's dedication, commitment to excellence, and impact in the automotive industry.
