Supervised the training and maintenance of 200 Stryker crews, 52 Tank crews, and 64 Bradley crews; identifying training shortfalls and developing plans to fix the issues. Managed over $40 million worth ammunition, across seven different states with 100% accountability.

Maintained accountability of four M1 Abrams tanks worth over $14 million; responsible for the health, welfare, and training of 16 Soldiers. Worked ever changing shift times with no signs of fatigue or lost work performance; continued to excel even in the most austere environments.

As a member of an eight man team, wrote and illustrated a 1,000 page manual that set the standard for vehicle qualification in the Army. Worked with civilian corporations to develop a simulator for the Stryker Mobile Gun System; recognized by senior Army officials for the contributions made to the simulations program.

Recruited highly motivated and skilled individuals to serve in the U.S. Army. Spoke publicly at school, business, and community events on a variety of topics pertaining to the U.S. Army.
