Meta-senter offers education and training in gestalt counseling, psychosynthesis, and confluent education to professionals working in health care, education and related fields. The courses use an experience based learning model which combines theoretical, emotional and practical methods. The goal is to give professionals who have teaching, supervision or leadership responsibilities a solid training in the use of effective skills based on a holistic approach to human interaction. There is equal emphasis placed on professional and personal development.

Private practice: Teaching, counselling and supervision services for individuals and groups in the area of personal and professional development. Current engagement as an external consultant for NAV Vest -Agder.

* Clinically responsible for the treatment of all three departments at the institution. * Responsible for the design and development of the institutions’ treatment programs in collaboration with treatment team leaders. * Individual and group supervision of the various treatment teams. * Education and professional development of the staff. * Final responsibility for admissions and discharge of patients to the institution. * Actively work towards optimal co-operation and good relations between LBS and other agencies involved with addiction services.
