The Specialist, Suppliers Management & Quality Assurance responsible for Lead and coordinate all vendor registration process and vendor performance analysis including internal and external audit.

General warehouse Supervisor Duties and responsibilities:  Manage the whole activity in the warehouses  In-charge of Material code creation and change description  In-charge in warehouse monthly and annual inventory  Prepare PR for buffer stock items  Supervise the receiving and releasing of the goods  Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance  Organize and maintain inventory and storage area  Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy  Communicate job expectations and coach employees  Determine staffing levels and assign workload  Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems  Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status  Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices  Confer and coordinate activities with other departments  Authorize all the required documents

Material Identifier Specialist Duties and responsibilities:  Generate Item codes in SAP system  Identifies and understand the nature of materials  Identifies duplication of materials carrying different codes.  Proposes standardization of materials and code unification/elimination.  Performing codification of materials process.  Leading and performing cycle counts and inventory operations  Develops and implement procedures, working instructions and forms.  Assures the implementation and follow-up of the objective, giving feedback regarding the level of fulfillment.  Record any non-conformity in compliance with the current procedures  Make analyses, prepares and presents reports.

HOT ROLLING MILL MATERIAL PROVIDER Duties and responsibilities:  Provide all needed materials use in Production line (Hot Rolling mill).  Creating Purchased Requisition for all the needed Materials Spares and equipment in production.  In charge in Scrap pipes and billet disposal and transfer.  Arrange and coordinate large equipment and tools transfer from storage yard to production line.  In charge in Hot Rolling Mill roll shop warehouse.  Making sure that all spares are available for HRM roll shop warehouse.  Prepare all the necessary materials needed for roll assembly and equipment maintenance.

Production Control Duties and responsibilities:  Monitoring orders from customers  Processing urgent orders  In charge of Production Billings  In charge of Imports and Export of materials for production  In charge of Order Confirmation and Production Planning  Supervisor of Product Stocking process(Warehouse)  In charge of controlling sub-materials used for production

Engineering Operator Duties and responsibilities:  Create mechanical drawing with appropriate software such as AutoCAD and solid works.  Fabricate and design JIGs use in Production  Measure actual material and create drawing used for fabrication  Repair damage and worn out JIGs  Propose and Create improvements for machines in production  Assist in creating prototype of equipment and machines used in production
