Annual program of construction, architect – engineer and simplified acquisitions in excess of $175 million * Work with Project Managers to develop Acquisition Plans for procurements, lead all procurement actions and award contracts * Identify potential contract problems, resolve bid protests and process contract modifications * Develop and provide training for Contracting Officers Representatives (COR) and oversight responsibility for certification of 85+ COR’s * Oversight of training and continuous learning objectives of 9 other Contracting Officers (CO)
