Executive Vice President of Operations and Innovation for the largest mission based national provider of clean all natural school meals delivering over 2.5M meals to students per week.Responsible for the running of 9 food manufacturing centers coast to coast and running a complex daily delivery model supplying fresh meals to students in 14 states. I am responsible for leading an aggressive growth strategy that will continue to ensure the business captures wider penetration in the $6B school meals sector. As the leader of Innovation , I am responsible for bringing new products and packaging to the school system as well as developing alternate strategies utilizing our manufacturing and distribution capability in adjacent market segments.

President of a High Pressure Processing Technology and Innovation company that is rolling out a national network of HPP tolling plants and innovation centers across the US. Responsible for the identification and implementation of operational technology innovation centers in California, the Mid-west and East Coast. Utilizing HPP technology to leverage my vast experience in fresh and natural foods to bring first to market all natural food product lines to retailers, food service and e commerce. I am responsible for leading an aggressive growth strategy that will deliver HPP tolling services throughout the world over the coming years. As President of True Food Innovations our sister company, I am also responsible for providing turnkey private label product development, R&D, branding, retail development, HPP packaging and manufacturing services to create food offerings that have a great taste, preserve the nutritional integrity, and provide extended shelf life.

Senior Vice President with the responsibility for the creation of a highly successful Campus model manufacturing and distributing food across multiple elements and vertical integration of all product ranges across manufacturing and retail stores. As Senior Vice President I have full leadership responsibility two manufacturing sites and distribution and supply chain with a turnover in excess of $550 million. A delivery focused and strategic leader who operates as an executive leader of the overall company.

I was responsible for the identification, concept development, buliding and opening of the first refrigerated manufacturing unit for Tesco in the world. Based in Riverside, California supplying directly to the newly opened chain of Fresh and Easy Neighbourhood markets, I succesfully designed, gained capital approval, built, opened and operated the 100,000 sq ft manufacturing unit and took it to successfully producing over 400,000 units per week across multiple sub categories.

I joined Greencore Chilled Meals Warrington as manufacturing manager in January 2001 and was promoted through to Site Director with responsibility for all site functions including Finance, Commercial, HR and Operations.
