Supported the rollout of the new control cabinet to over 100 hospital pharmacy robots. Worked with the downstream support teams to significantly reduce robot installation time, improve robot reliability, and eliminate mistakes by field service personnel. • Actively participated in the Enterprise Project Management initiative to improve the company’s project management practices. • Helped company to meet all Intellectual Property goals for disclosures and applications for the past 10 years. • Primary architect of the company’s robot control platform that has since been used successfully on three robot products and one prototype robot system. Led requirements definition and procurement phases of $1.2 million New Central Control System project in 2000. • Led the annual R&D planning process for the years 2000 and 2001. • Acted as Lead Project Software Engineer for Seattle-Tacoma Airport People Mover System Rehab project while also supporting the Software Process Improvement (SPI) Program. SPI activities included the development and implementation of policies, processes, procedures, guidelines, and templates for Key Process Areas: Requirements Management, Software Project Planning, and Software Project Tracking and Oversight.

All projects were completed on schedule and under budget. The Rome project was a $27 million new installation at the Leonardo da Vinci airport. Served as primary technical contact with Italian Ministry of Transportation and with various contractors including the Architectural Design, Communication System Design & Installation, Electrical Installation, Mechanical Installation, and Civil Installation.
