My responsibilities included preparation of monthly consolidation and related reconciliations; monthly management accounts for certain group companies; review of subsidiary company performance with the related financial controller; and, preparation of various regulatory returns.

Head of Finance & Administration at Growcorp Group - a Life-sciences venture capital / private equity company. My responsibility was to set up their financial control and reporting arrangements and help to develop their investment appraisal process. In this role, I also conducted financial due diligence on a number of life- science, biotech and medical device companies seeking funding from Growcorp.
