Special projects with Gulf South Region Compliance Program for small facilities corrective actions -OPP (Over Pressure Protection) Primarily responsible for managing contracts, materials, schedule, and budgeting. Work with construction managers implementing compliance projects.

Project Manager – Coordinate with construction, vendors, contractors and engineering in the Permian Basin to develop complete technical packages for Work Orders (WOs) for facility/pipeline projects including: -Pipeline Installations Diameters 30” to 4” (Gas and Crude) - Compressor Stations installations and moves - Integrity Digs -ILI tool analysis, location and contactor bid packages - LACT moves - Gas meter installations - Cyro Plant upgrades Horizontal Directional Drill Design (HDD), road bores, and applicable load/stress calculations using Technical Toolbox. Review engineering packages and BOMs for completeness, accuracy, and constructability. Work with Supply Chain to complete bid package to contractor and answer bid clarifications. Prepare construction budgets and bid package for business development opportunities. Receive, review, and approve bids prior to issuing WOs to start construction. Pressure test plan development and review/acceptance of test results. Participate in risk reviews, HAZOPs and PHA’s as required. Weekly P6 project updates. Familiarity and knowledge of materials standards & specifications (CFR 49, Part 192 and Part 195; ASME B31.4 and B31.8., US Army Corps).

• Led engineering and design of 25-mile brine water pipeline, incorporating HDPE liner for corrosion protection. • Managed the design of couplings for HDPE liner connections in the steel pipe. • Oversaw the engineering and design of a 26-mile 16" natural gas pipeline project in Texas.

• Senior Pipeline engineer - perform oversight on pipeline-related engineering work products (calculations, design, specifications, etc.). Provide technical leadership to other engineers. Function as interface between engineering teams, management and clients. • Managed multi-million dollar expansion projects at Chevron Pipeline's field office in Mont Belvieu, TX, overseeing a team of 10 designers and drafters. • Provided technical leadership, interfacing with engineering teams, management, and clients, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations. • Led design activities including pipeline alignment, traffic control plans, meter station design, and HDD bores, resulting in successful project completion. • Reviewed and provided engineering input for alignment sheets, permit drawings, and hydrostatic test drawings.
