* Provide assistance to finance managers and management accountants within the Corporate Finance sector of the University of Sydney. * Key Responsibilities: * Preparing monthly budget variance analysis reports for an allocated portfolio of clients * Preparing and processing journals, invoice requests, bank reconciliations and maintaining general ledger transactions via PeopleSoft Financials * Produce various financial reports on Oracle (Hyperion) * Assisting in analysis and forecasting during the annual budget process * Assisting in year-end accruals processes

* Employed in the Trading Terms team under the Merchandising pillar of Metcash Food and Grocery. * Key Responsibilities: * Reviewing and loading trading term agreements into all relevant systems such as SAP and Power Enterprise. * Created and maintained vendor master details. * Confirmed vendor creation/changes made by other team members including checking bank details entered against proof of bank details provided. * Logged supplier claim disputes surrounding various issues such as rebate disputes and over claims. * Processed No Paybacks and Redirections. * Reviewed system audit reports and exception reports to ensure all terms are loaded accurately and completely.
