Mark Johnson

I am the the Key Account Manager for the Co -operative Group of companies. I manage the clients expectations and security requirements for most of TCG's companies including, Pharmacy, Funeralcare and Financial Services.

In my time at Sunwin Fire & Security i began as a Business Development Manager and morphed into an Internal Liaison Manager. This role allowed me to be come a one point of contact within the company, for the rest of the Co-operative Group of companies to channel communications effectively between the businesses on a day to day basis. I would manage the clients expectations and make sure they got what they wanted in most instances.

In this role i developed opportunites for remote CCTV monitoring systems and also developed opportuntities and long term relationships for Major projects or large security systems. I would design and ultimately sell an Electronic security solution generally multi disciplined to Med/Large companies or Electrical Contractors as part of wider project they were undertaking and project co project manage it through.
