Jun – Aug 2018 & 2019 Worked as a training coordinator for the summer months ’18 & ‘19 for the GAA summer camps which involved coaching football to children aged 7 -14 yrs. I was often responsible for 20+ children in a group. The role involved forward planning with my fellow coaches and organising 3-hourly sessions consisting of games and activities for differing age groups/ skill levels incorporating all the key skills whilst ensuring the children were engaged and included in all activities.

Worked as part of the warehouse staff team to fulfill production targets on a daily and weekly basis. The work involved packing various sizes of bags from a conveyor filling shipment orders for both local and international customers. Accurately and safely worked with machinery in the packaging of stock. Ensured high accuracy in the scanning labelling & packing products onto pallets.

Responsible for bartending and food service duties. Interacted positively with customers making recommendations taking orders and serving snacks and drinks. Assessed customers' needs and preferences and made recommendations, often responsible for large groups. Monitored crowds and maintained a clean and enjoyable environment for patrons. Cleaned machinery, equipment, cold room storage & preparation areas. Engaged in stock management duties. Ensured adequate stock to meet demand and replenished as required. Assisted in ensuring that the business adhered to all obligations in relation to health & safety and fire regulations.
