VP Business Systems Integration. Successfully integrated a Great Plains/Wennsoft ERM solution into a large construction industry consolidator. The implementation was completed on time and 30% under budget. Business decision information flow was dramatically increased and quantified savings of over $250k per year were realized. The ERM implementation was awarded the ‘Gold Hammer’ award from Constructech Magazine and was also nominated for the Great Plains’ Pinnacle award.

Successfully managed more than 40 Great Plains ERM implementations and consulting experience with more than 20 additional emerging companies.

Managed reporting and spending activities of manufacturing operations in 11 overseas and 4 domestic facilities.

Successfully led team of analysts through the annual $100mil annual expense budget for the R&D, Manufacturing Operations, Quality, G&A and Facility functions.

Developed and implemented processes and procedures to control and improve the tax reporting of all active accounts which resulted in improved customer response time (from 60 to 3 days) and staffing (reduced 50%). Compiled and summarized to senior management the action steps to be taken in response to a big 6 outside compliance audit. (My recommendations were accepted in full). Created disaster recovery and system failures processes and procedures.

Developed business plan forecasts and proforma financials which resulted in $4 million funding for mortgage banking operation. Managed the financial and electronic reporting requirements of the $350 million investor portfolio. Under my guidance the company was choosen as a Fannie Mae B to C beta EDI partner .
