Mr Henry was primarily responsible for the management of all Continental US (CONUS) operations in support of USMC and related programs, including direction and control of Field Support Representatives (FSRs) over a number of different geographical locations across CONUS. His responsibilities also included the provision of product briefs to new or potential customers, defining customer requirements, participation in the preparation of contract proposals, project management, customer liaison and status reporting. This was a customer focused position that required both operational experience and extensive knowledge of EOD and ECM to gain customer confidence and understand their requirements.
