Responsible for Debugging, testing and providing product support for all standard and custom Solomon IV programs focussed on accounting GL/AP/AR/Order Processing in VBA and SQL. Lead point of contact for Silver Brook System's major Solomon IV Customers for technical support and new custom development requirements working with technical staff, accounting personnel and accounting managers. Training of end users in standard and custom Solomon IV Software. Proposing and tracking of implementation budgets including updates and adjustments with the customers based on budget vs. design. Create and maintain testing procedures and development standards for software products and custom installation programs. Install and maintain NT Domain network with NT Servers and multiple workstations for development and testing in multiple Solomon IV environments.

* Ownership, Maintenance and Management of Compensation Administration systems in house and vendor owned. Watson Wyatt Reward (Vendor), Verizon Position Evaluation (Lotus Notes moved to Peoplesoft), Verizon Recognition System (Peoplesoft), Long Term Incentive (Peoplesoft). * Technical testing lead on Management Compensation Planning System, Verizon Recognition System, Team Performance Award and Long Term Incentive System. * Implementation of Verizon Recognition System phases I and II in Peoplesoft with minimal to no supervision. * Project management: Prototypes, Requirements, Baseline, Project Plan (Timelines), Process Flow, working with vendor and multiple Line of Businesses, scheduling of meetings and Implementation, prioritization of features in initial release and enhancements. * Implementation of tools for gaps or one time needs in production compensation systems. * Advanced reporting and analysis of data provided to all levels of the organization.

* Creation of imputed income processing database which was used to calculate imputation amounts of senior managers across the country some with shared time between taxing states, output of files to payroll and letters to senior managers * Span and control reporting * Project lead working with IT and Vendors for implementation of initial Total Rewards website for all VZ employees * Short turn around high exposure reports and powerpoints/packets for high level meetings up to and including the Human Resources Committee of the Verizon Board of Directors. * Senior Manager Short Term Incentive (STI), Long Term Incentive (LTI) processing and validation.

* Prepare Annual Affirmative Action Plans for all of Verizon Wireline Entities and Locations. * Responses to Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) Audit requests and OFCCP/Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Information Requests * Periodic and Adhoc reporting * Annual Federal reporting of FCC-395, EEO1, Vets100A and similar state level reports. * Auditing of Systems and processes of other groups for Compliance with OFCCP regulations
