Bellagio Apartments (Project Manager) Construction of 124 luxury apartments, 17 commercial office suites along with associated road, landscaping and infrastructure works. 2004: $43M City Quarter Apartments Stage 3 (Project Manager) Construction of 186 luxury apartments consisting of five multi-storey buildings along with associated road, landscaping and infrastructure works. 2003: $41M City Beach Apartments (Project Manager) Construction of a prestigious, beachside residential development in Wollongong, comprising an eight-storey residential tower of modern architectural design with high quality finishes, 60 apartments and a swimming pool. 2002: $16M Rockdale Gardens Apartments (Project Manager) A 288-apartment development consisting of three 10-storey buildings that sit on top of a 4-storey 460-space carpark located one block back from the Pacific Highway at Rockdale. 2001: $55M ICON Apartments (Contract Manager) The construction of 79 units and retail areas, a basement carpark over 11 levels, and the retention of a heritage façade and roof. 1999: $13M

Pier One (Contract Manager) The refurbishment of the Pier One wharfs development into a four-star 180 room hotel. 1999: $19M Warringah Mall (Senior Contract Administrator) The Stage 1 redevelopment of the Northern Beaches’ largest shopping centre, comprising more than 1000 new car parking spaces and 200 new shops, including Big W and Woolworths. 1998: $90M The Main Show Ground, Homebush Showgrounds (Contract Administrator) Acting for the Principal Contractor on behalf of the Olympic Coordination Authority in the supervision of significant Head Contracts related to the main Show Ground Arena. 1997: $450M

Sydney Harbour Casino (Contract Administrator) The construction of the Casino at Darling Harbour; working specifically on the main, and private, gaming floors and themed restaurants. 1996: $800M Blacktown Telephone/Pay TV (Contract Administrator/Engineer) The construction of an infrastructure facility for the Optus Vision Exchange. 1994: $10M Riverwood Telephone Exchange (Contract Administrator/Engineer) The construction of an infrastructure facility for Optus, the Riverwood Telephone Exchange. 1995: $4M North Ryde Video Operation Centre (Contract Administrator/Engineer) The fit out of an Operation Centre for Global television studios for dedicated pay television for Optus. 1995: $10.5M Gordon Customer Call Centre (Engineer) The refurbishment of an existing building to develop an eight-level call centre for Optus. 1996: $4.5M
