Partner in charge of Transaction Services team, focusing on buy-side and sell-side due diligence services, including Quality of Earnings Reports.

As a partner with the public accounting firm, Tanner LC, I oversee the audits of numerous clients. My responsibilities include ensuring the overall quality of audit engagements, current service and satisfaction, new client development, review of audit work papers, overseeing the training and continuing education of all employees, and participating in strategic planning and direction of firm.

I joined the board of directors for Youthlinc in January 2013. I'm a big fan of this not-for-profit organization. Their mission is to build lifetime humanitarians. After being involved with Youthlinc for several years, I was fortunate enough to join the Youthlinc Guatemala Team (which included my oldest daughter) in 2012 as a Team Mentor. We spent an amazing two weeks in Guatemala working with the Ak'Tenamit School. After the trip, I was honored to be asked to join the Board. I look forward to working with Youthlinc to accomplish their mission.

Performed in-depth accounting reviews of SEC filings, including IPO's, mergers and acquisitions, annual reports, shelf registrations, and debt offerings. Prepared comment letters sent to SEC registrants. Facilitated resolution of SEC comments with registrants through the amendment process.
