Currently, I am managing director at iCONTEST. My main tasks are - developing the organization, - continuously improving delivery, - managing some of the key accounts, and - getting involved in forming our technology and methodology vision and planning. I have significant experience as a technology expert. I used to work as a developer, an architect and CTO prior to joining iCONTEST. I am quite enthusiastic about technology, and I always keep an eye on the latest trends and developing methods. I also have experience in team leading and project management. I like project planning and setting up structures and resources resulting in the highest possible quality of delivery. As a managing director, I do not get directly involved in operational, project management, or planning, however I gladly share my knowledge and experience with my team to assist them in solving difficult situations. Currently my main focus is on improving the organization by reaching out the most talented and enthusiastic workforce and building the greatest team possible.
