Oversee daily operations for Cape Fear Valley Health System Primary Care and Specialty Care physician offices. Covering 7 counties with nearly 60 office locations the geographic footprint for CFV clinics is one of if not the largest in North Carolina. Working directly with the Corporate Director of Physician Practices I'm also responsible for Quality Management, Network Development and support, Information Continuity and Management, Operational Support, and Financial Analysis and Reporting. Assists with Physician Recruiting, and assist with the onboarding of acquired or recruited physicians into the Network.
