Full compliance, program evaluation and optimization assessment responsibilities for 33 food distribution centers located in the Upper Midwest and Pacific Northwest regions of the United States. Responsibilities ranging from strategic planning, operational compliance, financial stability, marketing penetration, donor development, public relations, and board governance. Project management leadership for Feeding America Benchmarking and Best Practice initiatives and the Feeding America Process Improvement Project.

Reported to the Vice President of Capability Development. Responsible for developing and implementing ways to transform the Feeding America membership from “Good to Great” by providing tools to assess internal food bank capacity, delivering technical assistance tailored to member needs and building food bank capacity by utilizing Feeding America expertise, peer mentoring and external consulting resources.

Reported to the Vice President of Operations. Operational responsibility for the production of residential mortgage credit reporting services. Full P & L and budgeting responsibility with annual revenues of $10.5 million. Effectively managed a local and remote staff of 130 FTE’s.
