• Assist user in the use of standard office software. • Monitor employee’s needs and requirements that may involve use of IT. • Ensure the protection and maintenance of all software for office use. • Ensure all data and software on disk/server is protected and that the proper backup plans are implemented. • Ensure that all delivered software are working and that they complying with the required specifications. Keep inventory records for all software licenses and ensure that all media are kept in good working condition. • Support all activities of the branch/campus that would involve use of IT software. • Ensure that all software used by the campus is complete and updated at all times. • Ensuring that all computers and its peripherals are properly maintained and in good running condition at all times. • Repair any malfunctions in the PC. • Monitor Local Area Network (LAN) performance in every user station and see to it that they have access to the server. • Maintains Internet connections with the Internet Service Provider (ISP) for continues service to students, teaching and non-teaching personnel during their sessions on the Internet. Always make sure that every PC is connected to the server for software access and data storage. • Monitor CCTV activities and ensure record all events and action taken.

• Develop curriculum and training materials. • Provide innovative lecture and laboratory techniques and strategies for students. • Impart and share knowledge to students with maximum proficiency. • Maintain and implement harmonious interpersonal relations with and among students. • Perform other functions deemed necessary by the duly designated representatives of the SCHOOL. • Subjects taught: JAVA, LibreOffice, Microsoft Office and C language.

• Data Balancing - identifying all active students from year 2007 and up and to make sure that the CIS and USN ID of the students are properly linked and the data of the students are properly encoded in Oracle PSCS. • Navigates and monitor errors and issues during a certain process. • Updates Student’s data in Oracle PSCS. • Verifies and checks all documents with grades before its issuance and signature of the Registrar. • Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
