* Conducts paper screening and initial interviews (behavioral based interviewing) and pre-employment examination. * End-to-end hiring of: staff/contractual/project-based/officer employees (Credit Operations/Management, Authorizations, Fraud, Chargeback, Credit Acquisition, Customer Service, Telesales profiles/posts). * Coordinates with manpower agencies re. hiring/completion of requirements.
