Biochemist and researcher with a PhD in Food and Nutrition from the University of Barcelona, awarded through the prestigious BECAS CHILE scholarship. My research focuses on unraveling the molecular mechanisms behind metabolic diseases such as obesity and cancer, with an emphasis on treatments utilizing bioactive compounds. Driven by a passion for science and its potential to improve health and wellness, I have published 11 peer-reviewed articles in leading scientific journals and presented my findings at 13 international conferences.
