Audited rotation schedules, prepared spreadsheets, and balanced billing for over 60 medical training programs (estimated 800 trainees). Detailed tracking of Full Time Equivalent lead to near-perfect audits, which secured the Federal Funding needed for training programs to survive. In addition, established educational affiliation agreements regionally and nationally, keeping the doors of the institution open to medical trainees with the desire to expand and enrich their pediatric knowledge.

Provided administrative support to the Division of Gastroenterology, which consisted of physicians, nurses, schedulers, and patient care coordinators. Day-to-day responsibilities varied from organizing daily meetings, creating clinic and call schedules, and maintaining faculty credentials.

Provided temporary administrative support to various departments at the hospital. Responsibilities included data entry, scheduling, dictation, billing reconciliation, and credentialing. Working in various departments taught me to be versatile and flexible. My efficient style and strong work ethic lead to a temp-to-hire opportunity in the Division of Gastroenterology.

As a Service Manager, my role was critical to the everyday operation of the branch, making hard-pressed decisions and balancing a high level of customer service with bank customers. Handled currency meticulously while managing the teller line and kept staff up-to-date and in compliance with store and federal policies.

Promoting Tully’s as a finely crafted coffee, helped maintain strong customer relations, educated team members in coffee knowledge and preparation, and facilitated communication between sales associates and managers, creating an open and cohesive team.

Coordinated with translation providers to provide content translation for websites being developed. Proofread project proposals before distributed for meetings to prospective companies.
