As a part of great IT team as CIO/CTO role and responsible for: - Department management (200+ FTEs) – administrators, software developers, analysts, project managers, IT engineers, and experts - Development and implementation of IT strategy - Delivery of ICT infrastructure projects based on new technologies (public and private cloud, containers, HCI), including Proof of Concept preparation and testing - Process optimization through the use of advanced tools, technologies, and IT systems (BPM, workflow, ITSM) supporting both business and IT staff - Management of teams responsible for maintaining and developing comprehensive infrastructure, applications, and IT systems, as well as user support (serving 11,000+ employees and over 2 million customers) - Coordination of in-house development teams (Software House) delivering software aligned with business requirements, using project-based approaches and Agile/Scrum methodologies - Oversight of outsourcing contracts (e.g., Asseco, Comarch) for the development and maintenance of large-scale IT systems – ensuring compliance with IT architecture principles and corporate standards (based on the IFPUG model); active member of Steering Committees - Planning and implementation of cybersecurity solutions, including building SOC teams, deploying tools such as SIEM/SOAR, and managing change processes, CMDB, security policies, and incident response - IT budget planning and procurement management, optimization of CAPEX and OPEX (public tenders, preparation and evaluation of RFI/RFP specifications) - Leading Digital Transformation initiatives in public administration (paperless processes and e-services); member of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and State IT Architecture working group (GOV)

- Managing teams of System Administrators responsible for maintaining complex enterprise-class ICT infrastructure (Network, Storage & Backup, Wintel, Cybersecurity) – 3rd line of support - Optimization and management of user support teams (1st and 2nd line – HelpDesk / ServiceDesk) for over 11,000 employees - Responsible for the design and launch of a Contact Center (tools implementation and consultant team building) servicing over 2 million customers - Maintenance of LAN and WAN infrastructure (350 locations in Poland) and two in-house Data Centers - Optimization of ITSM processes based on ITIL best practices - IT budget planning and procurement management; member of tender committees under Public Procurement Law - Supporting design and delivery of projects using PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies/frameworks
