• Assortment management with a turnover of over 1 BLN EUR yearly for Penny Market stores (approx. 2000 items) from over 600 suppliers with direct and central deliveries on 4 platforms • Developing the Purchasing strategy for brand suppliers and private label • Leading and motivating the buying team of 45 colleagues, as well the professional development of team members based on coaching, workshops, regulate feed-back sessions, therefore increasing buying motivation, quality of professional knowledge and productivity level • Direct negotiation with big suppliers and interface with company board, international buying department and other company departments

• Process management in Real estate and Letting administration for an annual business volume of over 7 Mio. EUR. Leading and developing the team of 18 members organized in 2 teams: IMA und Letting • Direct negotiation with main tenants and state institutions; representing the business unit results in the board meetings • Direct collaboration with international departments for developing and implementation of strategies, initiatives and process finding for business growth, improving the customer potential exploitation, increasing the productivity on square meter and enhancement of administration efficiency

• Direct responsibility of buying divisions for different Food-categories and leading of approx. 10 colleagues with a buying turnover of approx. 100 Mio. EUR yearly • Assortment management, contract and promotion administration for 3 buying divisions • Coordination of special projects, like for ex. special rounds of negotiations, marketing activities, cooperations with state institutions • Management of buying human resources: establishment of resource needs, recruitment, employee release and specific trainings in buying thematic • Lectures for the entire buying team for presentations of different topics

• Direct responsibility of different Food-categories, contract negotiations, managing the seasonal business, item maintenance in SAP, leaflet planning • On site analysis of the regional assortment

• Direct responsibility of different Food-categories for XXL MegaDiscount! stores, assortment definition, item maintenance in the system • Contribution to new store openings • Participation on recruitment for new team members and on definition of processes and brand positioning
