As Product Owner, I focused on designing and delivering the initial version of the out-of-the-box (OOTB) insurance servicing components, laying the foundation for FintechOS’ Insurance Stream. Key Responsibilities & Achievements: Core Components Development: Defined requirements and collaborated with engineering teams to build the first release of Policy Administration, Billing & Collection, and Claims Administration modules. Insurance Expertise: Translated deep insurance knowledge into scalable digital servicing solutions tailored for multiple lines of business (Health, Motor, Home, Pet). Agile Product Delivery: Owned and prioritized the backlog, ensuring timely delivery of OOTB features and continuous alignment with client feedback. Foundation for Growth: Established the baseline product architecture that evolved into the Northstar Insurance Stream, later expanded as Product Management Director.

Setting-up a new division with end to end ownership of the product management process, from the inception until the withdrawal, including streams like User Experience, Product Development, Point of Sales Admin, Pricing and Portfolio Monitoring.

TeAsiguri.ro is the first online insurance benefits platform addressing more than 100.000 employees of important companies from Romania like Orange, BRD, Oracle, HP, Huawei, Endava, Coca-Coala, Heineken etc. . Since 2015, TeAsiguri has started the partnership with Mol Multibonus, offering the insurance benefits program for more than 200.000 members. In 2014, the company was nominated for the Innovation Award by CCIFER (Chambre Française de Commerce et d’Industrie en Roumanie).

9695 – Road Assistance Project Main responsibilities: - Products - Development of road assistance products (standard&B2B), preparing pricing, terms and conditions, guidelines and internal procedures; - Operations – developing CRM&ERP platform, SLA's and KPI's for Call-Center, API and WS for external integrations, service-providers network; - Marketing – Coordinating the marketing department – TV, Radio, PR and digital campaigns .
