Test bench and parts obsolescence management/re-design proposal) Improve Product competitiveness: cost optimization, lead time reduction, quality improvement Provide and sustain Industrial maturity report per product line (definition files MR, test First Passed Yield per phase, failure rate at first installation, production cost, industrial scheme, lead time) Manage traceability of product delivered to projects, and retrofit plan if needed In case of non-conformity or incident, investigate root causes, finds and implement corrective solutions Support Sourcing and Supplier Quality teams during quality crisis

- Ensure customer satisfaction products and services, through Quality Management Systems - Ensures compliance of established (internal and external) quality standards by providing consultancy and support in planning, implementation and production phase - Manages Inspection Standards and follows-up via investigation and product and line inspections - Assures implementation of countermeasures for nonconformities, defects and audit findings - Responsible for Complaint Management, Rework/Sorting, Product Audits, Support onsite, Interface function

• Develop mechanical component based on given requirements through component design, validation and towards a fully released component in mass production • Ensure proactive requirements and risk management for mechanical components according to MSPICE process description consisting of: • Requirements analysis • Component design • Sample production • Test against design and requirements • Ensure domain requirements as well as cost targets, design-to-manufacture and timing goals are met • Knowledge about and compliance to the customer specific and legal requirements • Collaborate with o ther internal functions like design, validation, manufacturing and industrialization • Supervise and execute component testing including handling of hazardous substances, interpretation of test results, introduction of the necessary actions and modifications as required to ensure that all requirements are met

-Manage production units of the plant according to legal requirements, Clariant standards -Ensure on time production (quantity, quality, cost and time) -Prepare SOPs and production documentation -Secure efficient management and optimal technical conditions within the plant -Know-how management: technology improvement, process & cost optimization in coordination with Production Manager -Assist Production Manager with continuous improvement, safe production, cost efficiency and legal requirement -Ensures compliance with Clariant policies regarding safety and environmental aspects -Initiate and perform risk analysis and safeguard implementation -Member of local LEM-Organization -Execute/monitor Continuous Improvement Programs in costs, performance, quality, safety (KPI improvement)

Specifications, work instructions, control plan for TU, TG, RP. Balancing Benchmark for BOB or new methods for improving TU, TG, RP and balancing. Create, coordonate and evaluate tests for improvement of TU. Supervision of TU, TG, RP, and balancing calibration and daily checks. Perform process audit on regular basis (TU, TG, RP and BA). Responsibility and authority to stop production to correct quality problem. Follow up and improve the process yield of the slow movers and tires in focus.
