At Gatronova, I played a pivotal role in optimizing HR processes through SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. I managed core HR data, configured organizational structures, position hierarchy, workflows and developed document generation templates, all aimed at improving efficiency and accuracy in HR transactions. My efforts contributed to a more streamlined employee lifecycle management and manage RBPs to ensure data security.

In my role at SuperNova, I gained hands-on experience in configuring SAP HCM modules and managing implementation cycles. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure effective solutions for HR and statutory requirements, while customizing payroll schemas and managing complex employee structures.
