For the past four years, I have been working as a Project Manager at Elisa’s Technology Unit, where I am responsible for managing mobile and fixed network development projects. My role involves close collaboration also with Elisa's business units and IT teams. My work focuses on strategic planning, coordination of multiple stakeholders, and continuous process development. I have successfully led several high-impact projects, including: - 3G network shutdown; - Various 5G development initiatives, including the launch of StandAlone 5G; - Radio network equipment modernization, including full replacement of the previous vendor; - IPv6 development for fixed networks; - Implementation and further development of the location-based emergency alert system (EE-ALARM) in cooperation with government authorities and other telecom operators.

During my previous role as an Analyst in Elisa, I was responsible for analyzing issues related to systems, user interfaces and business processes, as well as coordinating the implementation of effective solutions. This role required strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and also the ability to collaborate across different teams and stakeholders. I contributed to the ITIL processes: optimization of incident management processes, administration of change management procedures, and development and maintenance of configuration management databases. In addition, I analyzed customer satisfaction survey results to identify improvement opportunities and support service quality enhancements. This experience strengthened my understanding of process improvement, systems analysis, project coordination, and the connection between technical solutions and business needs, providing me with a solid foundation for successfully managing complex projects and development initiatives.

Job responsibilities: • Product Owner of the administrative tool, through which goes management of the two big telecommunication companies e-stores and several internal websites information (reliability, analysis of the development needs, developments ordering and subsequent testing, user support); • Correctly written and and timely communicated marketing, product, billing information to the sales and service channels; • Training of the new employees.
